Vintage Pauline Trigere silk jacquard print fur trimmed maxi dress 1960s...This elegant dress is made from silk jacquard of a paisley weave and is printed with a pattern of leaves and vines, the fabric appears to have been made especially for this dress as the fabric has a border edge, the colours are graded going from almost black to dark brown to chocolate and russet, very beautiful! The dress is a slim silhouette, with an attached self fabric scarf that ties at the neck side, the dress lightly skims the body with long darts from the waist to mid leg. Long sleeves have deep cuffs of fox fur. The dress closes at the side, from the shoulder to the hip with crystal faceted buttons, the bound button holes are hand made. Side front hem vent. Fully lined in silk crepe chiffon. In excellent wearable condition.
