Victoria Royal fire engine red beaded two piece, one shoulder evening gown from the 1960s. This beautiful set is covered in red glass tube beads done in an interesting design. The one shoulder top is trimmed at the neck and hem in a band of silver sequins and crystals with a row of red glass beads and another row of silver sequins and crystals. There are professionally added darts at each under arm, they could be let out. The top closes at the side with a metal zipper and a covered hook and eye at the top. The matching maxi skirt has a banded waist, it is covered in red glass beads, the skirt is a slight A line shape, with a 25 1/2 inch long side hem vent. The skirt closes at the side with a painted metal zipper and a bar hook at the waist. Both pieces are lined in red chiffon. Fits like a size small.
