Valentino Fuchsia Silk Peplum Top from the 1980s. Beautiful mid weight silk with a beautiful luster. This top has long full raglan sleeves with coordinating knitted cuffs and waist band, unusual for silk the top has flat felled seams throughout. The bodice is drapes beautifully and is gathered into the knitted waist band, the hem is gathered at the waist band and drapes over the hip. There are four round black rhinestone set buttons at the upper bodice front. Pull on top closes at the neck back with a button and loop. Marked size 48, the mannequin we photograph on is a size 4. Fits a small-medium.
