Thea Porter Couture 1970s ombred silk chiffon plunge gown with appliques...Silk chiffon in a range of grass green to pale grey to black...This amazing dress has a deep V neckline with a wide band fitted waist it reaches from under the bust to the natural waist line...At the center front there is a double decorative drape of chiffon with embroidered floral appliques...Elbow length kimono sleeves are open in three circles along the top of each arm seam...Bias cut the dress is tapered through the hip and falls full at the hem...The dress closes at the back with two hook and eyes at the top, it is open below to the waist then closes with two hooks and a zipper below...Lined in two layers of black silk chiffon...The appliques scattered throughout are embroidered flowers in russet brown with branches in black and white, centers set with pearls...There are a couple of tiny spots that look like water dots...Fits like a size 4...
