This amazing red and gold metallic layered silk, bias cut, plunge neck evening dress is from the early 1980s. It has a deep plunge neckline front and back, is sleeveless, with a four layer red silk organza ruffle at the shoulders. The bias cut dress pulls on it hugs the bust and skims the torso flaring at the hem, the body of the dress is done in layers of silk. Fully lined in silk. The dress is light and frothy. The skirt is shorter in the front and falls to the floor at the back. The fabric is sheer and sparkles with the gold metallic weave. In excellent wearable condition.
