Off white silk over size shirt has a shiny black vinyl heart embossed on the right front, there is a single black petal on right cuff. This is a unique piece, Matsuda was rumored to be a romantic perhaps the heart has a hidden meaning. The shirt buttons on the right (mens) but could be worn by a woman. Button front, shirt with long sleeves that have button cuffs. Straight collar at the neck. Yoke back. there is a small light smudge on the left cuff. Marked size Medium.
