Tonal layered silk chiffon, bat wing, poet sleeve, maxi dress from the 1970s. This beautiful dress is done in tone on tone peachy/nude chiffon. The dress bodice has a V neckline and draped bat wing sleeves that are gathered into cased elastic cuffs with ruffle hem. The skirt has a gathered waist and layered chiffon panels front and back, the two outer panels are layered with lettuce edges, the under layer is a full chiffon skirt. The skirt is done with a semi wrap at the waist that closes at the waist side front with 3 snaps. The top and skirt also close with a painted metal zipper at the side from skirt, to top and into a portion of the sleeve under arm. Together with the silky knit slip in a shade of nude. This is a lovely and unique dress, the tone gradient is really beautiful. Fits like a size 4.
