A one piece dress, the tank top front is joined to the one piece back top & skirt, there are wide and long panels at each skirt side, see photos. The panels can be wrapped in various ways around the lower body to form a very interesting skirt. Done in a beautiful shade of green, the jersey is soft and in great condition.
