Yves Saint Laurent wool hounds tooth check Norfolk jacket from the 1970s. This jacket is similar to the hunting jackets worn in Norfolk England since the 1800s. Saint Laurent's refined version, more a take on Hollywood movie fashion of the 1940s, would have suited Katherine Hepburn. This single breasted, notched lapel jacket has two patch bellows pockets at the hip fronts, the jacket buttons at the front. The back has an inverted pleat at the upper back, a double button half belt at the waist and side open pleats through the waist give the feeling of a back gathered waist. Long sleeves with button cuffs. The jacket is fully lined.
In excellent wearable condition. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
