1930s embroidered white cotton organdy, ruffle trim, bias cut dress and cropped jacket. This beautiful dress has spring written all over it! Classic 30s styling the bias cut dress long and figure hugging, features a scoop neck front and back and wide pink shoulder straps. The dress is fitted through the waist and falls full to the hem. The dress closes at the side with snaps, we have replaced the originals as some were missing. The Matching cropped jacket is open at the front, there are self ties. The jacket has deep, double, circular ruffles around each shoulder and under arm, the fabric allows these ruffles to stand away and really be a focal point of the dress. 3/4 length sleeves have ruffle trimmed cuffs. The sheer fabric is machine embroidered with tiny flowers in pink, green and blue, the jacket facings are trimmed in a narrow bias tape of pink. Freshly laundered and ready to wear, the fabric is strong. A tiny spot on the sleeve cuff see last photo. Remember, bias fabric stretches on the bias. There is no slip. Fits a size small.
In excellent wearable condition. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
