1940s inspired evening gown in black & gold chiffon and Lurex from the 1980s. A statement making dress from the 1980s from Lillie Rubin. Padded shoulders with a bodice that is fitted through the waist, the back of the dress closes with covered button & loops, a single button and loop at the neckline then open to mid back and a continuation of buttons to below the waist. The skirt has a petal front and draped hips, the skirt back is nicely fitted. The bodice is lined in black chiffon, the skirt is lined in synthetic silk. Fits like a modern 4.
