1990s Carlislie black & white silk stripe pleat front wide leg trouser. Wide flowey legs, hip front pleats at waist band. Narrow band waist, with side button closure & zipper below. Fully lined in lightweight nude silk crepe. These will be the beginning of a fabulous outfit!
