1920s flapper metallic passementerie cloche hat. This beautiful hat is hand made from black chenille velvet, black satin and gold metallic braid. The hat has a shaped crown and a narrow brim. Lined inside in silver grey silk, with the company name, Seagull Hats, embroidered at the top. In excellent condition.
