1920s beaded spider web flapper dress in mint green chiffon. This amazing dress is beaded in crystal silver glass seed beads, tiny white glass beads and crystal rhinestones, the pattern is spiders webs and very unusual. The dress has a scoop neckline and is sleeveless. The bodice and torso are cut straight, the hip has double angled layers of long glass beaded fringe. Together with the original silk chiffon slip. Both pieces are in amazing condition for their age, it could certainly be worn with care. There is some light yellowing under the arms, but the fabric is not dry or brittle. There are three strands of missing beaded fringe, see photos, also photos of underarms. There are no fastenings on this dress it slips over the head.
