100% Vicuna 1960s women's coat in tobacco brown, vintage. This soft and beautiful coat is made from rare Vicuna wool. Early 1960s coat has a bell shape, with an unusual shaped collar. The coat has no front closures and can be worn open or held closed as was the 1920s style. Bracelet length raglan sleeves have an inset at the cuff. The coat has angled hip front pockets. The coat back has one inverted center pleat and side open pleats which give the coat the bell shape. Fully lined in coordinating colour satin. The coat is in very good condition, there is minor nap wear to the pocket edges and sleeve ends. The coat is amazingly soft and light, which is what Vicuna wool is know for. This is a rare opportunity to own a vintage Vicuna coat, new this coat would be upwards of $20,000. Fits like a size 4-6.
