Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Aqua Slub Silk Smock Dress 1970s

Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche aqua slub silk smock dress from the 1970s. Pull on dress has round neckline with a yoke front and back, the dress is gathered above the bust front and Back. Long full sleeves have wide cuff that is open and can be turned back. There are two large patch pockets at the hip fronts. The fabric is a mid weight silk with allover, varying size, slubs of black silk thread (see 3 photo details), has a similar texture to slub linen This fabric has a lovely hand and beautiful sheen. There is a small very light and hard to see spot at the back near the hem, next to last photo. Fits like a size small, our mannequin is a size 4.
