Sheer pleated black polyester wrap top has wide sleeves that are cased wired and undulate upon wearing, they are statement making. The cropped wrap top shown on the runway with a long skirt, we've tied it at the waist with a think black ribbon. Plunge V neckline, the hem shows a raw edge. Unworn.
