Bill Blass runway pink gingham check silk taffeta halter dress 2006 designed by Michael Vollbracht. This charming dress brings to mid a perfect summer day, it would put a smile on anyone's face! A halter neck dress in pink and white gingham check, soft silk taffeta, gathered V neckline with attached straps at the neck that slip over the head, the bodice back is open. The skirt waist is fitted & attached to the wide shaped hip band, below is a full gathered skirt that flares at the stiffened hem, the skirt is lined in 2 layers of green tulle and spring green silk that has a wide hem band of stiffened woven mesh that is appliqued around the border with colourful faux flower pansies and individual green leaves. The band of flowers & leaves  peek out below the skirt edge. The dress closes at the back with a zipper and hook & eye. This is a very unique dress, we've not seen another! The runway version was shown with a wide belt, we do not have the belt.
 In excellent wearable condition. Fits a size 4 approximately. All our clothing is dry cleaned and inspected for condition and is ready to wear. Any condition issues will be noted. For visual comparison our mannequin is a size 4.
