Victorian embroidered cotton batiste lace gown embroidered with the name Hattie from the early 1900s. This beautiful gown was never worn, it still has the pencil order number written on the upper back. It has the name of the owner Hattie embroidered on the upper front bodice. The bodice is embroidered with vines and flowers with lots of Valenciennes lace insertion. The back of the gown has tiny pin tucks at the center. The neckline and cuffs are trimmed in ruffle lace. Empire bodice gown with short puffed sleeves, the sheer full skirt falls from the bust to the hem. Spots are blemishes to the mannequin, batiste cotton is very sheer and light. This would make an lovely wedding gown for the right girl. Fits like a size Small-Medium.
