1930s black velvet evening cape with a ruffle collar and a large black & white button at the neck front.
Dramatic full length cape in silky black velvet, the cape drapes over the shoulders and falls in an A line to the hem, it is lined in black taffeta. There is a narrow ruffle collar at the neck. The coat closes at the neck front with a large black & white button. Perfect for any special evening event when you want to make an entrance. Fits like a size small.
